Shipping within the United States is calculated on a personal basis based on location by USPS, and will appear in your cart before checkout. All orders will be shipped via USPS, and tracking numbers and insurance will be included. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of the original purchase. If the product is made to order, custom designed or custom sized, please expect an extra 5-10 business days for the fabrication of the piece.

RETURN POLICY
Please reach out to me about returns! I will accept returns on items and grant a refund on the product as long as you contact me within three days of the item being delivered with the reason for return, and the products must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Made to order, custom designed, and custom sized products cannot be returned.
JEWELRY CARE
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes from exposure to sulfur-containing gases in the air. In order to remove tarnish, products such as jewelry polishing cloths can be used. Please be mindful of the stones in your jewelry when using these products.
